We are currently seeking an experienced Aramco Approved Scaffolding Supervisor to support several ongoing oil & gas and industrial construction projects across Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals who have strong experience in scaffolding supervision, site safety, and large-scale industrial project environments.
As a Scaffolding Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all scaffolding structures are installed, inspected, and maintained according to Aramco safety standards and project requirements. You will supervise scaffolding teams on site and coordinate with engineers, safety officers, and construction teams to maintain safe and efficient operations.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced supervisors who want to work on major industrial and energy sector projects, including oilfields, refineries, and petrochemical facilities.
About the Role
The Scaffolding Supervisor will oversee daily scaffolding activities and ensure that all scaffolding systems are safe, stable, and compliant with project safety regulations.
Your responsibilities will include supervising scaffold teams, ensuring proper installation and dismantling of scaffolding structures, and carrying out regular inspections to confirm that everything meets required safety and quality standards.
You will also work closely with project engineers, safety teams, and site management to ensure that scaffolding work supports construction progress while maintaining strict safety practices on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems
- Ensure all scaffolding work follows Aramco safety standards and site regulations
- Conduct regular inspections to confirm structural stability and safety
- Coordinate with engineers, safety officers, and construction supervisors
- Guide and support scaffold workers to ensure safe working practices
- Maintain records of scaffolding inspections and site documentation
- Identify potential hazards or unsafe conditions and take corrective action
- Ensure proper use of safety equipment and protective gear (PPE)
- Support the project team in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
Candidate Requirements
- Must be Aramco Approved as a Scaffolding Supervisor
- Proven experience working on oil & gas or industrial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, installation methods, and safety standards
- Ability to lead scaffolding teams and manage site activities effectively
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work on large industrial project sites and remote locations
