About the Role
As an Onboarding Officer, you’ll take care of the complete onboarding process—from coordinating with candidates to handling documentation and mobilization. Your work will help ensure that new joiners are onboarded smoothly and on time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling candidate onboarding activities from start to finish
- Coordinating mobilization with project teams and candidates
- Managing and verifying onboarding and mobilization documents
- Communicating clearly with candidates about joining requirements
- Tracking onboarding status and maintaining proper records
- Making sure all onboarding tasks are completed on time
What We’re Looking For
- Ready to join within one month
- Available for local Iqama transfer
- Experience in onboarding, mobilization, or HR coordination
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable managing records
