We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated AC & Refrigeration Technician to join our team. About the Role
As an AC & Refrigeration Technician, you will play an important role in maintaining cooling and refrigeration systems that are essential to the food and beverage industry. You will be responsible for carrying out inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure all equipment operates efficiently and reliably.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively with maintenance and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Service refrigeration units, cold rooms, freezers, chillers, compressors, and ventilation systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure optimal operating efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections and recommend necessary repairs or improvements.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed repairs.
- Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices at all times.
- Support the maintenance team in ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an AC & Refrigeration Technician.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, and cooling technologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and equipment specifications.
- Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Candidates must be currently available in Qatar.
- Valid QID is mandatory.
- NOC (No Objection Certificate) is required.
