Outdoor Sales Executive – Job Overview
As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will help expand our client base by visiting potential customers, promoting company services, and turning leads into successful sales. Alongside your sales duties, you will also support daily administrative and operational tasks, working closely with senior management.
This is a dynamic position that combines field sales, client coordination, and office support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility.
Sales & Client Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
• Visiting potential clients and presenting company services
• Maintaining regular communication with existing customers
• Understanding client needs and ensuring their requirements are met
• Finalizing sales and confidently closing deals
• Building long-term relationships with customers
• Following up on leads and maintaining client records
• Meeting and greeting clients professionally
• Representing the company during client visits and meetings
Office & Administrative Support
You will also assist with:
• Supporting the Executive Director and General Manager in daily operations
• Handling basic financial tasks such as record keeping and expenses
• Tracking incoming and outgoing shipments
• Answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence
• Maintaining calendars and arranging appointments
• Preparing reports, typing documents, and managing files
• Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
• Managing databases and prioritizing daily workloads
• Helping implement new office procedures and systems
• Assisting during company events (may include weekends)
• Opening and closing the office and managing office supplies
• Welcoming clients and acting as receptionist when required
What We’re Looking For
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Email
• Valid driving license with own car (mandatory)
• Confidence in approaching clients and presenting services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Strong attention to detail
• Organized, reliable, and professional attitude
