Job Description
We’re on the lookout for an energetic and driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team in Bahrain. If you enjoy being out in the field, meeting clients, and turning opportunities into real results, this role could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll be the face of the company in the market. You’ll connect with retailers, supermarkets, cold stores, and HORECA clients, building strong relationships while growing sales. Your day-to-day work will involve visiting customers, finding new business opportunities, and making sure our products are well represented in the market.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Visit clients regularly and build strong, long-term relationships
- Actively look for new customers and business opportunities
- Work towards and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure products are properly displayed and always available in stores
- Coordinate with internal teams to make sure orders are delivered on time
- Keep track of sales activities, reports, and customer details using CRM tools
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support
- Support promotions, product launches, and marketing activities when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–4 years of experience in FMCG, packaging, or HORECA sales
- Hands-on experience in outdoor or field sales roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A good understanding of the Bahrain market is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Valid Bahrain driving license (required)
- Good English communication skills; Arabic is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting
