Job Description
We’re looking for a Robotic Engineer who’s not only technically strong but also curious, creative, and eager to push boundaries. This is a full-time, on-site role in Riyadh where you’ll be part of an innovative R&D environment focused on AI, robotics, and smart automation.

What This Role Is About
In this position, you’ll be involved in the full journey of building intelligent robotic systems—from early research and prototyping to deployment and ongoing improvements. You’ll work on combining AI models, robotic hardware, and software systems to create solutions that are practical, scalable, and efficient.
You won’t be working in isolation. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, developers, and stakeholders, contributing ideas and helping shape projects from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and developing AI-powered robotic systems for real-world applications
- Building and improving machine learning and deep learning models
- Writing clean, efficient code using tools like Python, C++, Java, and ROS
- Working on computer vision, object detection, and image processing tasks
- Adding Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities for smarter human-machine interaction
- Integrating sensors, IoT devices, and embedded systems into robotics solutions
- Testing ideas through simulations and refining them for real-world use
- Improving system performance to ensure speed, accuracy, and scalability
- Supporting and enhancing existing robotics and AI systems
- Taking an active role in R&D, experimenting with new technologies and approaches
- Mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge when needed
What You Bring
- A strong background in Robotics, AI, Machine Learning, or Computer Science
- Hands-on experience with machine learning, neural networks, and AI tools
- Good understanding of computer vision, NLP, and pattern recognition
- Confidence working with Python, C++, Java, and relevant frameworks like TensorFlow or Porch
- Familiarity with robotic systems, sensors (like cameras or LiDAR), and embedded systems
- A practical mindset with solid problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate ideas clearly
A Master’s or Ph.D. is a plus, but what really matters is your ability to apply your knowledge effectively.
It’s a Bonus If You Have
- Experience with autonomous robots, drones, or industrial automation
- Knowledge of SLAM, path planning, or robotics simulations (Gazebo, WebOS)
- Exposure to cloud platforms, edge computing, or IoT-based systems
- Interest in exploring new tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies
