Job Description
We’re looking for a Payroll Accountant to join our team and take ownership of our monthly payroll process. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, pays close attention to detail, and understands how important accuracy and confidentiality are when it comes to payroll.
If you have a background in accounting and some experience handling payroll—especially using ERP systems—this could be a great next step in your career.
About the Role
As a Payroll Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing and processing employee payroll each month, making sure salaries, deductions, and allowances are calculated correctly and paid on time. You’ll also maintain payroll records and ensure everything is in line with company policies and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule
- Check and verify salaries, deductions, allowances, and adjustments
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records and reports
- Ensure payroll processes comply with company policies and regulations
- Support internal teams by responding to payroll-related queries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Previous payroll experience is an advantage
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems, especially Odoo
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
