We’re a reputed company specializing in Softscape and Irrigation Construction Works, and we’re currently looking for an experienced and motivated Planning Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects from start to finish and has hands-on experience in landscaping and irrigation works. If you’re organized, confident working independently, and passionate about delivering quality projects, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As our Planning Engineer, you’ll be involved in both planning and technical activities across softscape and irrigation projects. You’ll prepare schedules, follow up on site progress, coordinate with teams, and support project delivery right through to final handover.
You’ll work closely with engineers, supervisors, and management to keep projects moving smoothly. This is a practical role for someone who likes being involved on-site, managing timelines, and making sure everything stays on track.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Preparing project schedules and work programs
• Monitoring site progress and updating reports
• Supporting technical execution of softscape and irrigation works
• Managing projects independently from commencement to handover
• Coordinating with site teams, engineers, and supervisors
• Tracking milestones and helping with resource planning
• Assisting with documentation, approvals, and handover activities
• Identifying delays and supporting recovery plans
• Preparing simple progress updates for management
• Ensuring work follows approved drawings and timelines
• Helping resolve site coordination issues
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in Softscape and Irrigation Construction
• Ability to handle full project responsibilities independently
• Relevant qualifications, certificates, and practical experience
• Valid Iqama with at least 6 months validity
• Willing to complete a 6-month probation period
• Available to join immediately or on short notice (preferred)
• Well organized with good coordination skills
• Comfortable working on-site and managing multiple tasks
