What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you won’t just be updating schedules—you’ll be at the heart of project delivery. Your day-to-day work will involve:
- Building and managing detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- Tracking progress on-site and making sure timelines stay on course
- Identifying delays early and putting practical recovery plans in place
- Working closely with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors
- Preparing clear and accurate progress reports for stakeholders
- Monitoring key milestones, critical paths, and overall project performance
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling large, complex construction schedules.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Around 3–7 years of experience in planning roles within construction
- Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6
- Previous work on 5-star hotels, high-rise, or luxury projects is a big plus
- Solid understanding of project planning, scheduling, and reporting
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams

- Iqama Status: Non-transferable at the start
- Transfer Option: Available after 3 months (post-probation)
- Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Are ready to accept these terms
- Can join immediately or on short notice
