Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a reliable and hands-on Printing Shop Supervisor who can take charge of daily operations and keep everything running smoothly. If you have experience in the printing industry and enjoy leading a team while delivering top-quality work, this role could be a great fit for you.
In this position, you’ll be the person making sure every print job is completed accurately, on time, and up to standard. You’ll work closely with both customers and staff, turning client requirements into finished products while maintaining a productive and well-organized shop environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the print shop
- Guiding and supporting your team to maintain quality and efficiency
- Understanding customer needs and ensuring their jobs are delivered on time
- Keeping a close eye on print quality before final delivery
- Managing and maintaining printing machines to avoid delays
- Planning workloads and handling multiple jobs without compromising deadlines
- Monitoring stock levels of paper, ink, and other materials
- Handling billing, POS operations, and daily cash transactions
- Keeping records of orders, inventory, and daily activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience in a printing shop or print production environment
- Good knowledge of digital printing, offset printing, or large-format printing
- A natural leader who can manage and motivate a team
- Someone who can stay organized and handle multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable using computers and POS systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
