Job Description
We’re looking for a well-organized and professional Procurement Assistant to join our Building Materials Trading Company in Dubai. If you have experience in purchasing, communicate confidently in English, and understand building materials, this could be a great opportunity for you.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll support the purchasing team with daily procurement activities. You’ll be in touch with suppliers, handle purchase documentation, and make sure orders are processed accurately and on time. Your attention to detail and ability to work with systems will help keep everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with day-to-day purchasing and procurement tasks
- Requesting quotations and following up with suppliers
- Preparing purchase orders and maintaining proper records
- Using ERP systems and Microsoft Office for data entry and reporting
- Coordinating internally to ensure timely material availability
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in procurement or purchasing
- Good knowledge of hardware, electrical, and plumbing materials
- Fluent English communication skills
- Good typing speed with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure
