Job Description
We’re a well-established general trading company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and we’re currently looking for a Procurement Executive to join our team for project-related procurement work. If you have experience in purchasing, supplier coordination, and material sourcing—and you’re available to join right away—this could be a great opportunity for you.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day procurement activities for projects. You’ll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to make sure materials are sourced on time, at the right quality, and within budget. Your contribution will play an important part in keeping projects running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage project procurement from start to finish
- Source suppliers and collect competitive quotations
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely supply of materials
- Maintain proper procurement records and documentation
- Support project teams with material planning
- Help control costs while meeting project requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in procurement or purchasing (project experience is a plus)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Available for immediate joining
