Full-Time Procurement Executive Needed for Spare Parts and Materials Sourcing
Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a Procurement Executive who knows their way around sourcing spare parts and materials and can confidently manage day-to-day purchasing activities. If you enjoy negotiating with suppliers, keeping things organized, and making sure the right materials arrive on time without overspending, this could be a great fit for you.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—helping us find the best vendors, secure competitive pricing, and ensure everything runs smoothly from purchase request to delivery. Your experience in procurement, vendor management, and supply chain coordination will make a real difference to how efficiently we operate.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing and purchasing spare parts and materials based on operational needs
- Reaching out to suppliers, comparing quotes, and negotiating the best deals
- Preparing purchase orders, handling RFQs, and keeping documentation in order
- Tracking deliveries and following up to avoid delays or shortages
- Working closely with internal teams to understand material requirements
- Keeping an eye on stock levels and planning purchases accordingly
- Building strong, reliable relationships with vendors
- Staying updated on market trends to make smarter purchasing decisions
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles
- Good knowledge of spare parts sourcing and material procurement
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable using MS Office and procurement/ERP systems
- Someone who can multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
- A practical problem-solver with attention to detail
