Job Description
We’re looking for a young, energetic, and motivated Procurement Officer to join our team. If you have some experience in purchasing, a basic understanding of finance, and enjoy coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, this could be a great opportunity for you to grow your career.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll support our purchasing operations from start to finish. You’ll help source suppliers, compare quotations, prepare purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries. You’ll also assist with simple finance-related tasks like checking invoices and tracking PO/GRN, making sure everything stays organized and on time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Help source suppliers and communicate with vendors
- Compare quotations and support cost evaluations
- Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries
- Assist with invoice checking, costing, and PO/GRN coordination
- Keep procurement records updated and organized
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure materials are available when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement or a similar role
- Basic finance knowledge (costing, invoicing, PO/GRN tracking)
- Good communication skills and comfortable using MS Office
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Local transfer candidates preferred
