About the Role
As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll be closely involved in the tender stage of projects. You’ll handle supplier sourcing, quotation evaluations, and negotiations, while supporting estimation and project teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors during the tender stage
- Preparing and sending material inquiries, RFQs, and comparison sheets
- Reviewing supplier quotations to ensure they meet technical and commercial requirements
- Building and maintaining a strong vendor database for key materials and systems
- Supporting estimation and project control teams with final tender pricing
- Keeping track of market trends, price changes, and material lead times
- Making sure all procurement documents are complete and aligned with tender requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Good market knowledge of Civil, MEP, and Infrastructure materials
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working with MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement software
- Ability to multitask and meet tight, fast-track tender deadlines
