Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and well-organized Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for fresh civil engineering graduates or candidates with a little experience who want to build their career and gain practical exposure in construction projects.
About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support project engineers and site teams with day-to-day coordination and documentation. You’ll help keep projects running smoothly by following up on tasks, coordinating with different teams, and making sure records are properly maintained.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and site coordination
- Willingness to support engineers and site teams in daily activities
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word); AutoCAD is a plus
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Valid Iqama with at least 3 months validity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with daily project coordination and documentation
- Supporting site engineers during planning and execution work
- Coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Preparing reports, material requests, and handling follow-ups
- Maintaining project files, records, and correspondence
