Full-Time Project Coordinator Vacancy | Facilities Management Role
Job Description
We’re currently looking for a well-organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Facilities Management and maintenance projects. If you have experience working in FM, construction, or MEP environments and enjoy keeping operations structured and on track, this could be a great opportunity for you.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling coordination, documentation, reporting, and daily operational follow-ups while working closely with both technical teams and clients.
About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll work alongside the Project Manager to ensure that daily facilities management and maintenance activities run smoothly. You’ll help track work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, service requests, and overall project performance.
You’ll also act as the link between internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives to make sure communication flows clearly and tasks are completed on time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting daily FM and maintenance operations
- Tracking preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Monitoring service performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs
- Coordinating with technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Maintaining organized project documentation and records
- Updating CAFM / CMMS systems accurately
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Following up on client requests, complaints, and service tickets
- Organizing meetings and preparing Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
- Tracking manpower allocation, attendance, and shift schedules
- Assisting with mobilization and demobilization activities
- Coordinating material requests and purchase follow-ups
- Supporting invoice preparation and cost tracking
- Assisting with subcontractor documentation and payment processes
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in Facilities Management, construction, or maintenance projects
- Experience using CAFM / CMMS systems
- Good understanding of MEP systems and maintenance operations
- Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel
- Good reporting and documentation abilities
- GCC / Saudi Arabia experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills
