We’re currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our contracting team. This is a great opportunity for a senior civil engineering professional who has spent years working on construction projects and is ready to take full ownership of project delivery.

About the Role
As our Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing civil construction projects from planning through completion. You’ll work closely with engineers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients to make sure everything runs smoothly on site.
Your day-to-day work will involve coordinating people, schedules, and resources while keeping projects on track, within budget, and delivered to quality standards. This role suits someone who is confident in decision-making, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced contracting environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take full responsibility for managing construction projects from start to handover
- Lead site teams and supervise daily project activities
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and overall project progress
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Make sure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and safety requirements
- Identify project risks and resolve site issues quickly and effectively
- Prepare progress reports and project documentation
- Control costs and manage resources efficiently
- Support procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 15 years of experience working with a contracting company
- Strong background in civil construction project management
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Good planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to coordinate multiple teams
- Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
