We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead a major long-term industrial project in Jubail.
The company has secured a direct 2-year contract with a leading industrial corporation involving large-scale manpower mobilization, construction and maintenance services, and heavy equipment operations. To successfully lead this important project, we are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager who can take full responsibility for operations, team coordination, project execution, and long-term strategic growth.
Main Responsibilities:
• Lead the project from initial setup and mobilization through full execution
• Manage and coordinate a workforce of more than 500 employees
• Supervise construction, maintenance, and operational activities
• Work closely with company management to achieve project and business goals
• Build and organize efficient operations and support teams
• Handle manpower deployment through the Ajeet system
• Coordinate with recruitment, logistics, HR, procurement, and client teams
• Prepare quotations, contracts, proposals, and operational reports
• Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Develop strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Improve operational efficiency and control project costs effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, industrial manpower supply, or industrial operations
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law, QIWA, GOSI, and manpower regulations
• Experience handling large-scale industrial or construction projects in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage teams, solve problems, and work under pressure
• Fluent in both Arabic and English
• Degree or professional certification in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management is preferred
• Candidates with an existing industry network in Saudi Arabia will have an added advantage
