We’re currently looking for an experienced and organized Purchase Officer to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
This role is perfect for someone who understands the local supplier market, enjoys negotiating prices, and knows how to keep purchasing activities running smoothly. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As our Purchase Officer, you’ll take care of day-to-day purchasing needs and make sure materials and services are sourced on time and within budget.
You’ll work closely with suppliers to request quotations, negotiate prices, place purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries. You’ll also coordinate with internal departments to understand project requirements and help maintain proper stock levels.
This is a hands-on role where your organization skills, communication, and market knowledge will make a real difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Sourcing materials and services from trusted local suppliers
• Requesting and comparing quotations to get the best value
• Negotiating prices and delivery timelines
• Preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries
• Making sure materials meet required quality standards
• Coordinating with project teams and finance for smooth operations
• Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory planning
• Keeping accurate procurement records and supplier documents
• Helping review supplier performance
• Supporting cost control and budgeting activities
• Following company procedures and Saudi procurement regulations
What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
• Good knowledge of local suppliers in Saudi Arabia
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Well-organized and detail-focused
• Able to manage multiple purchase requests at once
• Comfortable working independently and with a team
