Full-Time Purchaser cum Accountant Vacancy in UAE HVAC Company
Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and reliable Purchaser cum Accountant to join our growing team in the UAE.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys handling both procurement and finance responsibilities while working in a fast-paced and professional environment. If you have UAE experience, good communication skills, and the ability to manage suppliers, invoices, and accounts efficiently, we would be happy to hear from you.
As part of our team, you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations by ensuring materials are purchased on time, supplier relationships are maintained, and accounting records are handled accurately.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Managing the purchase of HVAC materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment
- Coordinating with suppliers and negotiating prices and delivery schedules
- Preparing purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and payment documents
- Maintaining accurate accounting records and financial reports
- Handling accounts payable, receivable, and petty cash transactions
- Monitoring stock availability and ensuring timely procurement for projects
- Assisting with VAT-related documentation and financial compliance
- Working closely with project teams, suppliers, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Keeping proper records of purchases, payments, and supplier communications
What We Are Looking For:
- 4–5 years of UAE experience in purchasing and accounting
- Previous experience in an HVAC or MEP company is highly preferred
- Good knowledge of procurement procedures and accounting practices
- Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and documentation
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Well-organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Candidates who can join immediately will have an added advantage
