We’re looking for a confident and experienced QA/QC Engineer who can take full responsibility for quality, safety, and compliance across our projects. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing everything from documentation and audits to inspections and training.

About the Role
As a QA/QC Engineer, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all quality and QHSE-related activities. You’ll manage documentation, ensure ISO compliance, coordinate inspections, and act as the Management Representative for the Quality Management System. Your work will directly support safe operations and consistent quality across all projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and keeping all QA/QC and safety documents up to date
- Preparing and implementing QHSE policies in line with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
- Conducting safety and QHSE training for employees
- Preparing reports and presenting findings and solutions to management
- Acting as the QMS Management Representative
- Ensuring QMS implementation across all departments
- Conducting internal and external audits
- Preparing and monitoring Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
- Inspecting incoming materials, work in progress, and final products
- Checking surface preparation, coatings, and paint quality, including film thickness
- Inspecting subcontractor facilities for outsourced work
- Conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for outgoing equipment
- Coordinating with client and subcontractor QA/QC teams
- Arranging and supporting third-party inspections
- Recording non-conformances, corrective actions, and lessons learned
- Reviewing compliance with safety and quality standards
- Promoting good workmanship in daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior QA/QC role
- Strong communication skills, especially for delivering training
- Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of NDT, pressure tests, and load tests
- Experience with third-party inspections and hazardous area equipment
- Good understanding of OSHA or ARAMCO safety standards
- Strong background in health, safety, and occupational health practices
- Ability to develop and deliver effective QHSE training programs
Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Health & Safety, or a related field (preferred)
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 are a strong advantage
- AWS Certified Welding Inspector or equivalent
- NACE / SSPC / BGAS-CSWIP certification
