About the Role
As a QA/QC Engineer, you’ll be responsible for making sure that all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works are completed to the highest standards. From inspections to documentation, your role will be key in ensuring everything meets project requirements, industry standards, and client expectations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing and implementing QA/QC procedures for MEP works across the project
- Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure work is done as per approved drawings and specifications
- Reviewing material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements
- Preparing and managing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and quality checklists
- Working closely with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain quality standards
- Monitoring testing and commissioning activities for MEP systems
- Identifying any issues, raising NCRs, and ensuring proper corrective actions are taken
- Keeping all quality-related documents organized for audits and project handover
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in QA/QC for MEP construction projects
- Good understanding of construction quality standards, ISO guidelines, and MEP systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Someone who can work confidently under pressure and meet deadlines
