Full-Time QA/QC Engineer Role – Site Inspection & Quality Control | Qatar

We’re currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer (UPDA Certified) to join our construction team in Qatar.

About the Role
As our QA/QC Engineer, you’ll play an important role in making sure every part of the project meets approved quality standards. You’ll be actively involved on site, working closely with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to monitor workmanship, review materials, and ensure everything follows drawings and specifications.
You’ll also handle inspections, prepare reports, manage quality documentation, and support client visits and audits. This is a practical, site-based position where your attention to detail and communication skills will make a real difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Checking daily site activities to ensure work meets project requirements
• Carrying out inspections and preparing QA/QC reports
• Reviewing material submittals, method statements, and technical documents
• Keeping QA/QC records, checklists, and inspection files organized
• Coordinating with site teams to resolve quality issues
• Following up on corrective actions
• Supporting client inspections and internal audits
• Helping project teams maintain consistent quality throughout construction
• Making sure work meets both quality and safety standards
• Providing regular quality updates to management
What We’re Looking For
• Engineering degree (Civil or related field preferred)
• Valid UPDA certification
• Previous experience working as a QA/QC Engineer on construction projects
• Good understanding of site inspection and quality control processes
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Organized, proactive, and detail-focused
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to quality
