Job Description
We’re currently looking for a skilled and experienced QA/QC Supervisor – Mechanical to join a major project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. If you’ve been working in mechanical QA/QC, oil & gas projects, or Aramco-related jobs, this could be a great next step in your career.
This role is perfect for someone who understands the importance of quality, has strong site experience, and knows how to keep projects aligned with standards, specifications, and client expectations.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll take the lead on all things related to quality assurance and quality control for mechanical works. Your day-to-day will include:
- Overseeing QA/QC activities on-site to ensure work meets required standards
- Inspecting piping, equipment installation, welding, and mechanical systems
- Making sure all work complies with Saudi Aramco standards and project specifications
- Reviewing documents like ITPs, method statements, and inspection reports
- Coordinating with site teams, engineers, and client representatives for inspections
- Monitoring workmanship and ensuring high-quality execution at every stage
- Managing documentation such as NCRs, RFIs, inspection logs, and reports
- Supporting testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and final handover
- Identifying issues early and ensuring corrective actions are properly implemented
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical QA/QC
- Good understanding of QA/QC procedures, inspections, and mechanical systems
- Experience working on Aramco projects or with Aramco standards is highly preferred
- Ability to read and understand drawings, P&IDs, and technical documents
- Familiar with welding inspections, piping systems, and testing methods (NDT is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with different teams on-site
