Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Sr. Quantity Surveyor to join our team for major infrastructure and civil construction projects in Qatar.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, contract administration, and commercial management, especially those who have previously worked on Public Works Authority (Ashghal) projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sr. Quantity Surveyor, you will play an important role in managing the commercial and financial aspects of infrastructure projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and commercial performance
- Prepare valuation reports, payment applications, and variation orders
- Support contract administration and commercial documentation processes
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Evaluate quotations and support procurement-related commercial activities
- Prepare project cost reports and commercial updates
- Assist in resolving contractual and commercial matters
- Maintain accurate records and project documentation
- Support project teams in achieving cost control and project objectives
What We’re Looking For
We are searching for someone with strong infrastructure project experience and a professional approach to commercial management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in infrastructure and civil construction projects
- Previous experience in Sahgal projects is preferred
- Strong experience in quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation
- Good understanding of contract administration and project commercial procedures
- Strong analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure and civil engineering projects
- Good understanding of commercial documentation and contract management
- Ability to prepare commercial reports and project cost analysis
- Professional approach to project coordination and reporting
