Full-Time Qatar Hiring Data Entry Operator for Retail Company
Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our supermarket and retail operations team in Qatar.
If you have previous experience in the supermarket or retail industry and enjoy working with data, reports, inventory records, and administrative tasks, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a well-established company.
What You Will Be Doing:
• Enter and update inventory, sales, stock, and supplier information accurately in company systems
• Maintain invoices, purchase records, delivery notes, and store documentation
• Prepare daily and monthly reports for management review
• Coordinate with store staff, warehouse teams, suppliers, and management departments
• Verify data accuracy and correct errors when required
• Support inventory tracking and stock management activities
• Organize and maintain proper digital and physical records
• Assist with office and administrative support tasks related to retail operations
• Ensure all company records and information are handled accurately and confidentially
What We Are Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years of supermarket or retail industry experience is required
• Previous experience as a Data Entry Operator, Office Assistant, or Admin Assistant will be preferred
• Must have a valid QID and transferable NOC
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, ERP systems, and data entry software
• Fast typing skills with good accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
