Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all QHSE-related activities across the organization
- Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Review and update IMS policies, manuals, and procedures to maintain compliance with international standards
- Monitor compliance with ISO standards, company regulations, and client safety requirements
- Conduct audits, inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments
- Develop preventive and corrective action plans to improve workplace safety and operational performance
- Promote a strong health and safety culture throughout the organization
- Coordinate with management, operational teams, and project departments to ensure smooth QHSE operations
- Prepare reports, performance evaluations, and compliance documentation for senior management review
- Organize safety training programs, awareness campaigns, and employee development initiatives
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in QHSE, HSE Management, Safety Operations, or Quality Management
- Experience working in reputed organizations with a workforce of more than 10,000 employees
- Proven ability to manage multiple divisions and large operational teams
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IMS, risk management, and compliance systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Gulf experience will be an added advantage
- NEBOSH, IOSH, Lead Auditor, or similar professional certifications are preferred
