Job Description
We’re looking for a committed and quality-focused QC Manager to join our team on a long-term basis. If you have a strong eye for detail, understand site quality requirements, and enjoy working closely with project teams to get things right the first time, this could be the role for you.
About the Role
As a QC Manager, you’ll take ownership of quality control activities across the project. You’ll make sure work is carried out according to specifications and standards, while supporting teams in maintaining consistent quality at every stage.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up and manage quality control procedures on site
- Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality documentation
- Work with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Prepare clear quality reports for management and clients
- Support audits and help drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working as a QC Manager
- Strong knowledge of site quality processes and standards
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality activities
