Job Description
We’re looking for a highly experienced QC Manager to join our team for a new plant construction project. If you have a strong background in quality control and have handled large construction projects from start to finish, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll take full responsibility for setting up and managing the quality system for the project. You’ll lead the QC team on site, make sure all construction activities meet project standards, and work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to maintain high quality throughout the build.
What We’re Looking For
- 15 years of solid experience in Quality Control
- Proven experience working on new plant construction projects
- Strong knowledge of quality procedures, inspection standards, and documentation
- Ability to lead QC teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Confident in handling audits, inspections, and quality reporting
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and implementing the project Quality Control Plan
- Supervising QC engineers and inspectors on site
- Ensuring all work complies with project specifications, codes, and standards
- Reviewing inspection reports, test results, and quality documents
- Coordinating with construction teams to address and resolve quality issues
- Supporting client reviews, audits, and inspections
