Job Description
We’re looking to hire an experienced Quantity Estimator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands construction costs, measurements, and budgeting, and who can support projects from planning through to completion with confidence.
If you have hands-on experience working on construction projects in Saudi Arabia and enjoy working closely with site teams and consultants, this could be a great opportunity for you.
About the Role
As a Quantity Estimator, you’ll play an important part in controlling project costs and supporting commercial activities. Your work will include preparing estimates, measuring completed work, assisting with billing, and helping ensure projects stay within budget.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing accurate cost estimates and project budgets
- Measuring executed works based on drawings and site progress
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of RA bills
- Identifying and pricing variations and additional works
- Supporting the verification of subcontractor invoices
- Preparing monthly cost reports and tracking forecast final costs
- Assisting with final account settlement and project closeout
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10 years of experience in quantity estimation or cost control within commercial construction
- Saudi Arabia project experience is essential
- Strong understanding of BOQs, measurements, and contract requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Familiarity with consultant-led approval processes
- Good working knowledge of Excel and cost control formats
- Willingness to visit project sites regularly
