Job Description
We’re looking for a capable and detail-focused Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Bahrain. If you have experience handling project costs, measurements, and financial tracking, and you’re comfortable working independently, this could be a great opportunity for you.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll take care of the commercial and cost aspects of construction projects. You’ll work closely with site teams and contractors to make sure quantities are accurate, budgets are controlled, and payments are processed correctly throughout the project.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets
- Tracking quantities, materials, and overall project costs
- Preparing interim payments, variation claims, and final accounts
- Coordinating with site teams and contractors on cost-related matters
- Ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- 2–5 years of experience in construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and measurements
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities
- Currently based in Bahrain
