Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled and detail-focused Quantity Surveyor to join our project team. This role is perfect for someone who understands construction costs well, is comfortable working with measurements and billing, and can support projects from start to finish.

About the Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for keeping project costs under control and ensuring all measurements and financial records are accurate. You’ll work closely with engineers, site teams, and management to support smooth project execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing quantity take-offs and accurate measurements
- Managing project budgets, cost estimates, and variations
- Supporting interim billing and final accounts
- Monitoring project costs and preparing financial reports
- Coordinating with site teams and consultants for approvals
- Keeping all cost and contract documents organized and up to date
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
- Good understanding of construction measurements and cost control
- Familiarity with contracts, billing, and variation handling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
