Position: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
About the Role
In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day front desk activities and provide essential administrative support to the team. You’ll be handling calls, greeting visitors, coordinating appointments, and keeping records organized.
We’re looking for someone who is confident, approachable, and capable of handling responsibilities calmly and efficiently in a busy environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately
- Answering and transferring phone calls professionally
- Scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings
- Handling emails, couriers, and general correspondence
- Maintaining visitor logs and office records
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Supporting team members with clerical duties when needed
- Keeping the reception area neat and presentable
- Responding to client inquiries in a helpful and polite manner
- Ensuring confidentiality of company information
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Experience working in a computerized office environment (medical or corporate experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
