Full-Time Retail and Building Materials Showroom Looking for Experienced In-Charge
Job Description
We are currently looking for a professional and experienced Showroom In-Charge to become part of its growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a customer-focused environment and has experience managing showroom operations, coordinating sales activities, and handling day-to-day retail operations professionally.
We are searching for a motivated individual who can confidently manage showroom activities, support customers with their requirements, and maintain smooth coordination with sales, warehouse, and management teams.
If you have experience in building materials, construction supplies, retail sales, hardware products, sanitary ware, electrical products, or interior finishing materials, this could be the ideal next step in your career.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
Showroom Operations
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the showroom
- Ensuring the showroom is clean, organized, and professionally maintained
- Monitoring product displays and stock availability
- Coordinating with warehouse and sales teams for smooth operations
- Supervising showroom staff and supporting daily workflow
Customer Service & Sales Support
- Welcoming customers and assisting them with product inquiries
- Providing information about building materials and construction products
- Helping customers select suitable products based on their needs
- Supporting the sales team in achieving business targets
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers
Coordination & Administration
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating stock replenishment
- Preparing showroom reports and operational updates
- Handling customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Coordinating with suppliers and internal departments when required
- Supporting management with showroom performance and reporting
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in the following sectors will be preferred:
- Building Materials & Construction Supply Companies
- Hardware & Retail Stores
- Sanitary Ware & Plumbing Product Showrooms
- Electrical & Lighting Product Sales
- Interior & Finishing Materials
- Retail Sales & Customer Service Operations
What We Are Looking For
- Relevant experience as a Showroom In-Charge, Showroom Supervisor, or Retail Supervisor
- GCC or Qatar experience will be an added advantage
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Strong customer service and sales coordination abilities
- Ability to manage showroom operations in a professional manner
- Knowledge of building materials and construction products preferred
- Immediate joining preferred
