Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and detail-focused Accountant to join our team in Riyadh. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, keeping records organized, and supporting day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations.
If you have experience in warehouse accounting, inventory management, stock control, and basic bookkeeping, and you take pride in accuracy and efficiency, this could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping daily stock and warehouse records updated and accurate
- Recording purchases, sales, and all inventory movements properly
- Preparing basic accounting entries and simple financial reports
- Supporting stock checks and coordinating with warehouse staff
- Assisting with invoices, GRNs, delivery notes, and documentation
- Helping identify and resolve stock differences or discrepancies
- Supporting routine accounting tasks and month-end activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping
- Experience in warehouse or store accounting is a plus
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Someone who can work independently and stay organized
