We are currently looking for an experienced Safety Manager to join its team for ongoing and upcoming SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) Power Plant projects.
We are searching for a dedicated and professional HSE expert with strong experience in industrial and power plant safety management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling HSE operations, managing safety teams, conducting audits and inspections, and ensuring all project activities are carried out according to SEC safety requirements and Saudi regulations.

About the Role
As a Safety Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all health, safety, and environmental activities across project sites. The role involves ensuring compliance with SEC safety standards, monitoring site safety performance, conducting audits, and promoting a strong safety culture among project teams.
You will work closely with project managers, engineers, supervisors, contractors, and HSE personnel to maintain a safe and productive work environment across all operations.
We are looking for someone who can confidently manage safety operations in fast-paced industrial and power plant project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs
- Ensure compliance with SEC safety requirements and Saudi regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) systems and high-risk activities
- Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and prepare reports
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve workplace safety
- Coordinate with project teams and management on all safety-related matters
- Maintain HSE reports, records, and safety documentation
- Promote safe work practices and safety awareness across project sites
- Support emergency response planning and safety drills
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5–10 years of HSE experience
- Mandatory experience in SEC Power Plant projects
- Strong knowledge of Saudi safety regulations and industrial standards
- Experience in:
- Risk Assessment
- Permit to Work (PTW) Systems
- Incident Investigation
- Safety Audits & Inspections
- NEBOSH and IOSH certifications preferred
- Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage HSE teams and site safety activities effectively
