Full-Time Sales Assistant Role – Quotations, Client Follow-Up and Administration

We’re currently looking for a reliable and well-organized Sales Assistant to join our team and support our sales and management operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, communicating with clients, and helping keep the sales process running smoothly. Whether you’re a fresh graduate or have up to one year of experience, if you’re confident in your communication skills and eager to grow, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play an important part in supporting the sales team from start to finish. You’ll help with client follow-ups, prepare quotations, assist in tender submissions, and make sure all sales documents are properly organized and up to date.
You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager, engineers, QS team, and management to gather information for proposals and ensure everything is submitted on time. This role requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Following up with clients via email, phone, and WhatsApp in a professional manner
• Arranging meetings and site visits for the Sales Manager and management team
• Preparing quotations based on provided pricing and project details
• Assisting with tender documentation, including technical and commercial submissions
• Coordinating internally to collect required information for proposals
• Preparing sales reports and follow-up trackers for management review
• Drafting professional emails and formal client correspondence
• Maintaining organized records of quotations, tenders, and approvals
• Following up on submitted proposals to gather feedback
• Supporting basic client database management and opportunity tracking
• Helping ensure smooth communication between departments
What We’re Looking For
• Up to 1 year of experience (fresh candidates are welcome if capable and motivated)
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and email communication
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable interacting with managers, engineers, and clients
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of construction, contracting, or engineering companies is a plus
