Job Description
We’re looking for a well-organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join a Saudi-based logistics company in Riyadh. If you enjoy supporting sales teams, coordinating shipments, and working in a fast-paced logistics environment, this could be the right role for you.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll support the sales team by handling customer accounts, preparing quotations, and coordinating freight movements. You’ll act as the main link between clients and internal operations, making sure shipments move smoothly by air, sea, and land while keeping customers informed every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the sales team with daily coordination and customer account management
- Preparing and sending quotations to customers
- Handling customer inquiries and following up on requests
- Coordinating air, ocean, and land freight shipments
- Tracking shipments and updating customers on delivery status
- Resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Working closely with operations and internal teams
- Assisting in identifying new business opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Commerce, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in sales coordination or customer service within logistics or freight forwarding
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of Arabic
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven, customer-oriented, hardworking, and professional
