Job Description
We’re looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Engineer (Fabrication) to join our fully equipped factory in the MA ‘Ameer Industrial Area, Bahrain. If you have solid experience in fabrication sales, a strong customer network, and enjoy working closely with clients on technical solutions, this could be a great opportunity for you.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for bringing in new business and managing existing clients for our fabrication division. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their requirements, carry out technical assessments, and oversee projects from the initial discussion through to final delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Using your existing customer network to generate immediate sales and build new business
- Meeting clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable fabrication solutions
- Visiting sites and carrying out technical checks, including weight distribution calculations for trailers and vehicle bodies
- Presenting technical proposals, negotiating terms, and closing sales
- Managing projects end to end, making sure all fabricated work fits the vehicle chassis correctly and meets customer specifications
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in fabrication or industrial sales
- Good knowledge of vehicle bodies, trailers, or heavy fabrication works
- An active network of customers within the industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Ability to balance technical understanding with sales responsibilities
