Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. If you have a strong background in selling fabricated steel products and enjoy working closely with clients, contractors, and consultants, this could be a great opportunity to take the next step in your career.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing business, managing client relationships, and promoting a range of fabricated metal products. You’ll be involved from the early sales stage right through to project completion, ensuring clients receive the right technical solutions and support.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and end users
- Identifying new business opportunities and generating sales leads in your area
- Preparing and presenting technical proposals, quotations, and product options
- Visiting project sites for inspections and technical discussions
- Following up on inquiries, tenders, and active projects to close deals successfully
- Coordinating with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate submissions and on-time delivery
- Working towards monthly and annual sales targets
- Keeping up to date with market trends, competitors, and pricing
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 3–4 years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia, ideally in fabricated metal or FRP products
- Good technical understanding of products such as:
- Gratings, ladders, and handrails
- Step irons and bollards
- Manhole covers and access hatches
- Fabricated items in carbon steel, aluminium, and stainless steel
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid Saudi driving license
- Transferable Iqama is preferred
