Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and professional Sales Executive to join our team and help grow our B2B business. If you enjoy meeting clients, building strong relationships, and taking ownership of the sales process from start to finish, this could be the right role for you.
About the Role
In this position, you’ll manage the full sales journey—from finding new leads to closing contracts and supporting clients after the deal is done. You’ll work with corporate, government, and project clients, helping them find the right solutions while meeting your sales targets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Find new business opportunities and handle B2B sales activities
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, and project clients
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and support contract coordination
- Follow up on payments, invoicing, and ongoing services after contracts are signed
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations
- Handle renewals, upselling opportunities, and work toward achieving targets
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in catering, hospitality, facilities management, accommodation, or B2B services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office
- English is required (Arabic is a plus)
