Job Description
We’re growing our team and looking for motivated, field-ready Sales Executives to join our paint and coatings company in Bahrain. If you enjoy meeting customers, building relationships, and working independently to achieve sales targets, this could be the right opportunity for you.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be representing our paint and coating products in the market. You’ll meet contractors, retailers, and project clients, understand their needs, and offer the right solutions. Your focus will be on growing sales, maintaining customer relationships, and helping the business expand its presence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Finding and developing new customers and sales opportunities
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Promoting and selling paint and coating products
- Visiting customers regularly and understanding their requirements
- Preparing quotations, following up on orders, and closing sales
- Working towards monthly sales targets
- Sharing market feedback and competitor information with management
- Keeping sales records updated and organized
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales within paints, coatings, or a related industry
- Own car with a valid Bahrain driving license
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time well
- Target-driven, professional, and reliable attitude
