What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the project’s supply chain, making sure everything needed on-site arrives on time, within budget, and up to standard. Your day-to-day work will include:
- Handling the full procurement process for construction materials and services
- Preparing RFQs, BOQs, and reviewing technical and commercial offers
- Working closely with suppliers and negotiating the best value for the project
- Coordinating with engineers, site teams, and project managers
- Tracking deliveries and ensuring materials meet project timelines
- Managing vendor relationships and keeping procurement records organized
- Supporting cost control efforts while maintaining quality standards
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for professionals who are confident, detail-oriented, and experienced in construction procurement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architecture)
- Around 3–10 years of experience, preferably in 5-star hotel or luxury construction projects
- Good understanding of construction materials, MEP systems, and sourcing strategies
- Experience working with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
Additional Advantage
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects
- Strong supplier network in the construction industry
- Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period
