Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Welfare Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role is all about making sure employees feel supported, safe, and valued in their day-to-day work environment. If you have a strong background in employee welfare or HR and understand how to create a positive workplace, this could be a great opportunity for you.
In this position, you’ll be responsible for looking after employee wellbeing, ensuring everything runs in line with Saudi labour laws, and helping create a comfortable and supportive environment for all staff.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take the lead in managing employee welfare programs and making sure everything is running smoothly. This includes handling employee concerns related to accommodation, transportation, and general wellbeing. You’ll work closely with HR teams, site staff, and management to improve overall employee satisfaction and engagement.
Part of your role will also involve regularly checking worker accommodations and facilities to ensure they meet health and safety standards. You’ll be expected to keep proper records, address issues promptly, and help maintain a positive and respectful workplace culture.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who has a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Social Work, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in employee welfare or HR operations. A good understanding of Saudi labour laws is important for this role.
Strong communication skills, the ability to solve problems efficiently, and experience working with a diverse workforce will be key to your success. If you’ve worked in the Gulf region before or handled large teams, that would be an added advantage.
