Job Description
We’re looking for a dependable and experienced Fabricator cum Welder to join our team in Sharjah. This role is all about hands-on work—cutting, shaping, assembling, and welding metal parts that are used in real industrial projects. If you’re someone who understands fabrication inside out and takes pride in neat, accurate work, you’ll feel right at home here.
You’ll be working on a mix of projects like structural steel, pipelines, and bulk oil tanks, so attention to detail and a strong understanding of drawings are essential. We value people who work safely, stay focused, and get the job done right the first time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling day-to-day fabrication and welding work based on project needs
- Working on oil tanks, steel structures, pipelines, and industrial equipment
- Reading and following technical drawings and measurements carefully
- Cutting, fitting, assembling, and welding metal components
- Using different welding methods like MIG, TIG, ARC, or gas welding
- Grinding and finishing surfaces to ensure clean and strong welds
- Checking your work to make sure everything is aligned and meets quality standards
- Carrying out repairs or modifications when required
- Keeping your tools, machines, and work area clean and organized
- Following safety rules and using protective equipment at all times
- Coordinating with supervisors and team members to complete tasks on schedule
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience in fabrication and welding, ideally in the UAE
- Good working knowledge of MIG, TIG, and ARC welding
- Experience with structural and industrial fabrication work
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings clearly
- Awareness of safety practices and quality expectations
- Physically fit and comfortable with workshop or site work
- Responsible, detail-focused, and able to work as part of a team
- Basic English communication skills (Hindi or Arabic is an added advantage)
