We’re currently on the lookout for an experienced and reliable Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in the UAE. If you have hands-on experience dealing with government procedures and enjoy managing documentation and approvals, this could be a great fit for you.
In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for all government-related matters. From handling visa processes to coordinating with authorities, your work will help keep everything running smoothly and in line with UAE regulations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes
- Taking care of Emirates ID processes, medical tests, and labor contracts
- Coordinating with government departments such as immigration and labor offices
- Handling trade license renewals and company documentation
- Keeping track of important deadlines like visa and license expiries
- Making sure all documents and processes follow UAE laws and regulations
- Supporting the HR team with employee documentation and onboarding
- Arranging document attestation or approvals when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working as a PRO in the UAE
- Good understanding of visa processes, labour rules, and government systems
- Confidence in dealing with official departments and handling paperwork
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without missing deadlines
- A valid UAE driving license is an advantage
