As a Security Officer, you’ll play an important role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and company property. We’re searching for someone responsible, professional, and confident in managing security duties with care and attention.
About the Role
In this position, you will monitor the premises, conduct regular patrols, and ensure that only authorized individuals access the site. You’ll be expected to stay attentive, follow company security procedures, and respond appropriately to any incidents or emergencies.
This role is ideal for someone who is disciplined, physically fit, and comfortable working in shifts.
Key Responsibilities
• Patrol the premises regularly to maintain safety and prevent security risks
• Monitor entry and exit points to ensure only authorized access
• Check identification and manage visitor access when required
• Record and report incidents, accidents, or unusual activities
• Maintain accurate daily security logs and reports
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Assist visitors and staff in a professional and respectful manner
• Work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
What We’re Looking For
• 1–2 years of experience in a security role or similar position is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional security training or certifications are a plus
• Physically able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Able to respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude
