About the Role
As our Senior Accountant, you’ll handle the day-to-day accounting work while supporting the company’s overall financial operations. Your role will include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing MIS reports, managing VAT filings, assisting with audits, and keeping a close watch on costs.
You’ll work closely with management and different departments to make sure financial processes run smoothly and all reporting meets UAE compliance requirements. This role suits someone who can manage deadlines, stay organised, and contribute positively to the business.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting activities and maintain financial records
- Prepare MIS reports and support audit processes
- Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
- Monitor expenses and apply effective cost-control measures
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of UAE accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of audit, MIS reporting, VAT filing, and cost control
- Previous experience in the contracting industry is required
- Good understanding of UAE accounting standards
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
