Full-Time Senior Construction Manager Hiring | Saudi Arabia Engineering Jobs
Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced and dependable Construction Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role is best suited for someone who has a strong background in handling oil & gas, EPC, or large-scale infrastructure projects, and knows how to manage site operations smoothly from start to finish.
In this position, you will be responsible for leading all on-site construction activities, making sure everything runs safely, on time, and according to plan. You’ll be working closely with engineers, subcontractors, and project teams to deliver high-quality results while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing all day-to-day construction site activities and ensuring smooth execution
- Making sure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
- Coordinating with engineers, project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Keeping track of project timelines, progress, and budgets
- Solving any technical or operational issues that arise on-site
- Planning manpower, materials, and resources efficiently
- Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks (QA/QC)
- Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and local regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Preparing and sharing progress reports with senior management
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 7–10 years of experience in construction, preferably in oil & gas or EPC projects
- Good understanding of construction methods, safety practices, and quality standards
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and handle site challenges
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Primavera, or similar software is a plus
